An Industry of Grit & Spreadsheets

We saw a disconnect. The steel industry - the backbone of America - was running on fragmented systems. It was a Ferrari engine stuck in a horse cart. Paper tickets, buried emails, and tribal knowledge were slowing down the very people who move our world forward.

On A Mission to Illuminate

We founded Felux with a name and a purpose. Fe (Iron) + Lux (Light). Our mission was clear from day one: bring the steel industry's data out of the dark and connect its legacy to a digital future. The 'X' in our logo represents this intersection of steel and technology.

Learning by Doing

We didn't start by building software in a vacuum. We got in the trenches. By operating marketplaces and brokerages, we moved over $600M in steel and learned the industry from the inside out. We built trust and saw the real bottleneck: the chaos of the quoting process itself.
