Felux is a software company. We don't buy, sell, or broker steel. We're not in your deals. We don't trade tons and we don't broker your business. The only thing we sell you is the software and the Felux platform your team uses.

Built on trusted infrastructure.
Felux runs on Amazon AWS and Supabase. The same cloud providers that power production systems for thousands of companies. You're relying on infrastructure built for reliability at scale.
Both Amazon AWS and Supabase hold SOC 2 Type II certification, independently audited on an annual basis.

Your data is encrypted, in transit and at rest.
Data is encrypted at rest in our databases and encrypted in transit using TLS, the same standard used for online banking. Only authorized, authenticated users on your team can access it.

Access is locked down.
Felux supports sign-in through your organization's own Microsoft account, inheriting whatever security policies your IT team already enforces — including multi-factor authentication, where required. For accounts created with email and password, Felux also offers multi-factor authentication as an added layer of protection.

Your data is isolated by tenant.
Felux is built with tenant isolation at its core. Every request is scoped to your company before anything is returned. Your customer-level data stays visible only within your own organization, never to another company using the platform.

Your data is backed up and recoverable.
We use point-in-time recovery, so your RFQ and pipeline history can be restored to any moment if something goes wrong. Your data isn't a single point of failure sitting on one machine.
